The Heartland Cafe








If you are ever in Chicago, go to Rogers Park and try the Heartland Cafe.
It is a cultural icon in a very diverse neighborhood.
Takes you back in time a little bit, to the 70's, hippies, activists and all.
The food is great, too, lots of vegetarian choices.
Local politicians and even Barack Obama held rallies there.
A unique place to visit.

      Mariusz, sadly not everything is okay. My husband passed away last August and since then my world is not the same anymore. Therefore no blogging. I don't know when and if I will be back. Take care! Thanks for your concern.
