We had a great time at the Christkindlmarket in Chicago. Lots of vendors from Germany. The stand we enjoyed the most was the glassblowers from Zwiesel, Bavaria. My friend Sabina and I loved talking to our fellow Bavarians.
Also had lots of german food, like Leberkaes, potato pancakes, Curry Wurst and Bratwurst and gebrannte Mandeln. And it was sooooo good! And of course we had to have some Gluehwein.

ReplyDeleteman könnte denken es ist in München... find ich toll dass es in Chicago so einen Weihanchtsmarkt gibt. Wird in USA auch so was ähnliches gemacht, also einen Weihanchtsmart? Das war für dich bestimmt ein underschönes Erlebnis.
