Just minutes from Las Vegas is Red Rock Canyon. It is a beautiful and impressive place. We went hiking there. Need to have lots of water with you when you go. Very low humidity (only 5%) and suncreen is needed. It is hot out there. The desert was just starting to bloom.
If you have never been there, plan to visit!

I was there about 16-17 years ago. I loved it there and in Arizona and Colorado.

ReplyDeleteoh yes give us more pictures please!!! I've been there years ago... and we also went to the Valley of fire... where we have seen some ...i don`t know the correct word in english... "Steinzeichnungen von den Ureinwohnern"... i try to explane: "some stonecarvings from ancient people".. do you know what i mean????

What a beautiful place! It certainly looks hot, so I bet water is needed. I wish we had a place like that here in Finland!
